Design and Construction of Exposed concrete
ZST-Co Technical and Engineering Group specializes in civil and construction projects and has been in operation since 2011. The company focuses on the design and implementation of concrete and steel skeleton structures, with a particular emphasis on high-rise buildings and full exposed structures.
Many renowned structures located in Tehran District 1 and other 22 regions of the capital, as well as in other major cities of the country, including tourist areas on the coast of the Caspian Sea, are among the projects executed by our company.

Consultation,design, and implementation of various exposed and non-exposed concrete structures.
Implementation of vertical elements, such as one-sided and retaining concrete columns, two-sided and shear concrete columns and walls, utilizing large metal panel and plywood formworks, and standard modular formworks for mass concrete pouring up to a height of 12 meters.
Execution of ceilings with various structural systems, including: concrete slabs, waffle slabs in all dimensions, post-tensioned slabs, and joist slabs with polystyrene ceiling panels at any height.
Construction of concrete cantilevers at any height from the floor with any designed free span.
Specialized execution of exposed concrete staircases in various structures, in whether steel or concrete structures, with any desired architectural design considering the angles and curves of the stairs.
Construction of exposed concrete walls, as well as exposed concrete gates and entrances for perimeter boundaries of large lands, factories, and more.
Specialized finishing of surfaces, such as trowel finishing (power trowel) in both flat and sloped configurations.
Supply of special exposed concrete, including SCC (Self-Compacting Concrete) and waterproof concrete, along with other high-strength concrete as required.
