Project Specifications:

• Total Area: 62,000 square meters
• Basement Levels: 5 floors
• Lobby Level: 1 floor
• Above-Ground Levels: 19 floors

Construction Works Completed:

• Foundation: Continuous foundation, including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.
• Parking Levels: Exposed concrete walls in all five parking levels.
• Waffle Slab: Two-way waffle slabs were installed across 20 floors, covering approximately 14,000 square meters. The slabs have a full exposed concrete finish in the basement levels.
• Septic Tank: A septic well was constructed on the second basement level.
