Persian Commercial and Administrative Tower Project, Jordan

Project Overview: The Persian Esfandiar project, designed by Zandigan Consulting Engineers (under the supervision of Mr.Nikbakht, Eng.), covers an approximate area of 12,000 square meters. This project comprises 6 basement levels, 1 commercial floor, and 11 residential floors. ZST-Co Engineering Group was honored to collaborate on the execution of the exposed concrete for this project.

Scope of Work:

• Location : Jordan – Esfandiar – Opposite Economy Novin Bank
• Foundation: Execution of continuous foundations, including reinforcement and concrete pouring.
• Concrete Walls: Construction of exposed concrete walls in all six parking levels.
• Composite Ceiling: Installation of composite ceilings across 20 floors, covering approximately 14,000 square meters, with an exposed concrete finish.
• Structural Work: Rough construction across 20 floors and exposed cement finishing in the parking levels.
