Project Overview:
The BAHAR DARBAND project, designed by Zandigan Consulting Engineers (headed by Mr.Nikbakht, Eng.), covers an approximate area of 17,000 square meters. The complex consists of 4 underground floors, 2 commercial floors, and 10 residential floors. ZST-Co Engineering Group was honored to collaborate on the execution of the exposed concrete for this project.
Scope of Work:
- Concrete Walls: Construction of concrete walls for the four-level parking garage.
- Steel Deck Slabs: Installation of steel deck slabs across all 16 floors, covering approximately 17,000 square meters.
- Exposed Concrete Stairs: Construction of exposed concrete stairs for all 16 floors.
