Scope of Work:

• Execution of a continuous foundation, including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.
• Construction of exposed concrete walls in all 4 basement levels parkings.
• Construction of two-way prestressed slab ceilings on all 10 floors, with an approximate area of 4000 square meters, featuring exposed concrete finishes.
