The Hyatt project in Kamranieh District 1 – Tehran, with an area of 10,400 square meters, consists of 4 basement levels, 1 ground floor, and 7 above-ground levels with a residential function. This project was executed by ZST-Co Engineering Company.

Major Works Executed by Us:

• Execution of continuous foundation, including rebar installation, formwork, and concrete pouring.
• Execution of exposed retaining and shear concrete walls in all of four parking levels.
• Execution of two-way concrete slabs in 12 floors, covering approximately 10,400 square meters, with exposed concrete finishes in the basement levels.
