  • Implementation of vertical elements, such as one-sided and retaining concrete columns, two-sided and shear concrete columns and walls, utilizing large metal panel and plywood formworks, and standard modular formworks for mass concrete pouring up to a height of 12 meters.
  • Execution of ceilings with various structural systems, including: concrete slabs, waffle slabs in all dimensions, post-tensioned slabs, and joist slabs with polystyrene ceiling panels at any height.
  • Construction of concrete cantilevers at any height from the floor with any designed free span.
  • Specialized execution of exposed concrete staircases in various structures, in whether steel or concrete structures, with any desired architectural design considering the angles and curves of the stairs.
  • Construction of exposed concrete walls, as well as exposed concrete gates and entrances for perimeter boundaries of large lands, factories, and more.
  • Specialized finishing of surfaces, such as trowel finishing (power trowel) in both flat and sloped configurations.
  • Supply of special exposed concrete, including SCC (Self-Compacting Concrete) and waterproof concrete, along with other high-strength concrete as required.
  • Comprehensive supervision from the production and batching stage at the plant to the final stages of concrete pouring and execution.
  • Three POTAIN tower cranes from France, including models E2/23 with capacities of 8 and 10 tons, and F15/15 with an 8-ton capacity.
  • Three LEICA surveying instruments: LEICA 09 plus and LEICA 06.
  • Equipment for slab formworks capable of handling up to 120,000 cubic meters in a single pour.
  • Equipment for wall formworks capable of handling up to 10,000 square meters in a single pour.
  • Metal large panels with a length of more than 250 meters, at a height of 3 meters.
  • Plywood large panels with a length of more than 170 meters, at heights of 2.44 and 4.88 meters.
  • More than 150 braces for supporting single-sided concrete wall formworks.
  • Two construction hoists.
  • Various 4-meter and 6-meter containers for worker accommodations and technical engineering offices on-site.
  • Dozens of three-phase and single-phase machines, including rebar cutters, rebar benders, stirrup machines, hoists, profile cutting tools, inverter welders, circular saws, and grinders.
