Project: Tandis Zanbagh Residential Complex – Zaferanieh.

Project Overview:

The Tandis Zanbagh residential complex, spanning a total built-up area of 50,000 square meters, has been constructed by our engineering team. It consists of 7 basement levels, a ground floor, and 16 upper floors dedicated to residential use.

Key Construction Features:

• Location: Zanbagh Alley, Ali Hosseini Street, Assef Street, Zaferanieh, Tehran, Iran
• Continuous Foundation: This included reinforcement, formwork, and concrete pouring.
• Exposed Concrete Walls: These were constructed in the seven basement levels for parking areas.
• Composite Slabs: Implemented in the 7 basement levels with a full exposed concrete finish.
• Steel Deck Slabs: Used for the 17 upper floors.
